A System For Successful Event Promotion

In this workshop, Justin Trapp, from Ministry Pass, shares with you an event promotion system that simply requires some intentionality and planning, but will help maximize your attendance for your next big event or weekend. This system has proven to be effective for youth groups, small churches, large churches, and even businesses.

Often when we promote events, we tend to vomit out all the details. We try to get everyone excited about the event and so we share detail after detail. We say when it’s going to be, where it will be held, and why people should get excited about it. But then next week when we get back up to announce it, we’re left sharing the same details as last week.  And as we continue to repeat the details of the event, people get bored of hearing about it. In this workshop, you’ll learn Justin’s system which will guide you to layer new information over time in order to keep your people curious and engaged with your upcoming event.

I must say, this is an incredible idea. The creative way that you display the information really keeps my attention.   I am already planning on showing at least one of these videos in our staff meeting each week so my entire team can learn some bite-size, practical information."
