Every pastor needs to be able to dream up and dream out on paper the leadership pipeline that their church needs in order to do the work that God has called them to do. In this video, Brian Beauford walks us through how to create a leadership pipeline and will give us 11 essentials of a leadership pipeline. This video is one session from our Leadership Pipeline Workshop.
In this workshop, we are going to help you take action and begin forming your leadership pipeline just like you saw in the video. This will take some time so don’t feel like you need to tackle this project all at once. Make sure to include your whole team so they can begin to make adjustments in the areas of ministry they oversee.
Start by watching the video with your team and then going over the Team Discussion Questions. After your team has completed this section, have everyone work together to accomplish the Assess section. Then break off and individually work through the Blueprint at your own pace.
We recommend setting a second meeting for everyone to come back together and go over your pipeline before you put it into practice.
