Developing Leaders

One of the recurring themes I find is that pastors struggle to develop leaders. In order for a church to be healthy and continue to grow, there must be a reproduction in leaders. But how do you go about developing someone into a leader?

 

In this workshop, John Finkelde, uses his 30 years of church leadership and over 100 on site consults with churches ranging from an attendance of 60 right through 1,000 some leadership principles to help us start or improve our endeavor to develop others. He shows from the life of Jesus how we can begin to identify, develop, and reproduce leaders.
