The #1 Overlooked Source For Volunteers

So I’ve never meet a pastor that said they have too many volunteers. Not having enough people serving is one of the most common pain points I hear pastors talking about. Most of us default to making an announcements or putting it in the bulletin AND we completely overlook the number one source of new volunteers.
